2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Hybrid
The company replaced the Hellcat unit with a more efficient and cleaner option. The 4xe debuted on the Wrangler SUV and many experts predicted that the Grand Cherokee would be the next one to offer the plug*in hybrid system. And they were right.
A 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine is the base powertrain. A pair of electric motors support the drive system, which is now ready to deliver 375 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed auto transmission sends power to all wheels. If you use a gasoline engine, the mileage is 23 mpg. With electric batteries helping, it rises to 56 MPGe. You can also drive the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe on electric power. The range is 25 miles.
Pricing
There are numerous options for the 2025 Grand Cherokee. The base MSRP will be higher, especially with mid-cycle changes included and experts believe the SUV is not going to be sold under $40k. Various Laredo and Altitude packages are available up to $50,000. The PHEV system is already above $60,000 and the new one will add some value. For fans of the off-road drive, Overland is the best choice. Still, the Wrangler jumps in as a way better option.
Currently, there is no V8 engine offered for the Grand Cherokee, but the upcoming update will have to bring back one of them. A 5.7-liter is the most likely solution, but the 6.4-l mill with nearly 500 hp, previously available on the SRT model, is also a possibility.
